Condition 1: Unconditional Order Cancellation

  • General Orders: If your order has not been shipped (based on the updated tracking information), you can cancel your order without any conditions or penalties.
  • Customized Orders: Due to the immediate production scheduling for products customized according to customer requests, such orders cannot be unconditionally canceled after placement. 

 

Condition 2: Conditional Order Cancellation

  • General Orders: If your order has already been shipped (with an uploaded tracking number) but the goods are still within China's customs and have not yet left the country, you may cancel your order with a cancellation fee of 20% of the order total as compensation.
  • Customized Orders: If the product has not been shipped (subject to the availability of the tracking number), canceling a custom order within 24 hours will result in a 25% deduction from the product cost. Cancelling a custom order beyond 24 hours will incur a 50% deduction from the product cost.

 

Condition 3: Non-Cancelable Orders

  • ALL Orders that have already been shipped (with an uploaded tracking number) and the goods have left China's borders cannot be cancelled. In such cases, order cancellation is not supported.
