Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clear guidelines for such situations. Please review the following terms carefully.
Condition 1: Non-Cancelable Orders
1.Please note that all lighting products on this website are entirely handcrafted and made to order. Production commences shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, lighting orders cannot be canceled 6 hours after placement (Some lighting items may allow changes to color, size, or style within a 12-hour window; however, cancellation is not permitted. For details, please contact customer service).
2.Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. An order is considered shipped once its tracking number has been uploaded.
Condition 2: Unconditional Order Cancellation
1.Non-lighting products can be canceled unconditionally if the cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
2.If an ordered product is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your address, we will notify you via email and cancel the order unconditionally.
Condition 3: Conditional Order Cancellation
1.Lighting products (not yet shipped but in production):
As these are fully handcrafted, cancellation is not possible 6 hours after the order is placed. If you insist on canceling during the production period, a compensation fee of 30% of the total order amount will be charged, and the remaining 70% will be refunded to the original payment method.
2.Non-lighting / non-customized products (not yet shipped):
If you wish to cancel an order within 12 to 48 hours of placement, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount will be charged. The remaining 80% will be refunded to the original payment method.
