2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All our lighting products are handcrafted. Therefore, the lead time for standard-sized fixtures (with a diameter ≤ 50 cm) is 7–12 business days, while for large-sized fixtures (with a diameter > 50 cm) it is 10–15 business days. For non-lighting products, the average lead time is within 7 business days.
3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
For most of our free-shipping items, we use sea freight. The tracking number will typically become active and show updates within 2 to 3 days after the vessel departs from the port of origin. During the ocean transit, tracking information may not refresh until the container arrives at the destination port and is unloaded.
It is common and normal for there to be no intermediate updates while the shipment is at sea. Final-leg tracking details will usually become available only after the container is unloaded, cleared through customs, and picked up by the local delivery carrier for last-mile delivery. We appreciate your patience as you wait for your package to arrive and for further tracking updates.
