2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
For standard-sized light fixtures, the preparation time is 4-7 business days. For large-sized light fixtures (diameter exceeding 80cm), the preparation time is 4-10 business days.
3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. If your shipment is in transit, tracking information may not update until it reaches its destination. Please be patient and wait until the shipment arrives for updates.
