The production timeline varies depending on the complexity of your design. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped with care and precision. For specific logistics timelines, feel free to discuss with our customer support team.

 

Important Notes for Custom Products

1.Non-Returnable Policy
Custom products, whether lighting fixtures or furniture, are made specifically for you. Once the order is confirmed and production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made. Additionally, unless the product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, custom products are non-returnable. We take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure every item meets our quality standards before it leaves our workshop.

 

2.Handcrafted Tolerances
As our custom products are handcrafted, a slight deviation of 2-3cm in size is permissible and does not constitute a quality or size issue. Such deviations are inherent to the handmade process and are not grounds for returns or exchanges.

 

3.Quality Assurance
If you receive a damaged product or encounter a quality issue, please contact us immediately at support@zepboo.com within 24 hours after successfully signing for the package.

Please note that all our lighting fixtures are packaged with customized foam padding to ensure the utmost safety of the goods during transit. Therefore, in the event that you receive a lighting fixture with quality issues, we kindly request that you provide photos of both the outer packaging and the specific areas where the problem occurred. This will enable us to promptly address the issue and provide a resolution for you.

Important Note:
If there is a quality or shipping issue but you are unable to provide valid photo evidence, it may affect the proper handling of your after-sales request. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you personally inspect and sign for the goods upon delivery. If the issue is caused during transit, please take photos of both the outer and inner packaging. This will help us file a claim with the logistics provider and ensure your case is resolved efficiently.
